As head of Spare Parts & Accessories, I’m responsible for the sales, marketing and business development for the spare parts and accessories product lines for the North American and Latin American markets.
Among my daily duties, I have to:
• Establish and implement commercial policies and initiatives to reach goals in terms of turnover and profit margins
• Analyze market share and market trends in order to define the potential of the spare parts and accessories business
• Prepare the annual budget in terms of revenue & expenditure, taking account of seasonality, promotional activities and the unit in operation in the markets
• Create and assign sales targets for dealer network for North American and Latin American markets
• Create and launch sales campaigns/commercial policy in order to increase dealer network loyalty and sales volumes
• Define and creates communication for the dealer network related to sales campaigns, new products, and marketing activities also oriented to the End Customers
• Define local ranges of accessories, negotiate with suppliers, and decide all the sales activities
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and define benchmarking analysis
• Define and propose pricing policy, price positioning, and margin structure
• Maintain inventory levels and optimize the supply flows for spare parts and accessories jointly with Italian logistic HQ
• Control the service levels of third-party logistics partners
• Ensure technical parts helpdesk and sales/orders support to the dealer network
• Maintain spare parts and accessories training material for new Dealers
• Define KPI and report for the management
• Coordinate activities with the Technical Services Department

Being the Marketing and Operations Manager on the American branch of Spidi Sport SRL, I'm currently living in the United States, promoting Spidi's brand awareness and penetration on the market.
Among all my duties, I keep all the relationships between Spidi and the Medias, having a deep relationship with the editors and journalists of the most important printed magazines and websites in the US and worldwide
I take personally care of Spidi's reputation among dealerships and customers, as well as helping the Customer Service having positive contacts with customers. Being in contact with so many dealerships, I also help our Visual Design department to plan in-shops corners, furnitures and POP.
I'm in charge of all the EXPOs, exhibitions and events where Company's presence is required worldwide, therefore I keep all the contacts with organizers, visual designers and Staff members for our Stands, Booths or Arenas.
I manage our sponsored riders in the major motorcycle championships, such as MotoGP®, World Superbike Championship®, Moto America Championship®, BSB Superbike Championship® and others, from the contract's terms to the equipments our sponsored riders need to be provided during the whole season.
I also support our R&D Department, discussing with our stylists and engineers about market's needs, requests etc.
I keep organized, updated and efficient all Company's web pages, including the Official Website, Social Network's Fanpages and E-Zines while I manage the advertising materials and catalogs, working along professionals photographers, Agencies and Models.
I keep relationship between Company and our distributors worldwide, providing all the instruments and back-up needed.
