Create, implement, and execute all sales strategies for Specialty Tri/Swim Accounts. Manage and work with multiple outside reps to maintain and push new accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with stores, triathlon clubs, athletes, and key industry partners. Research, plan, coordinate, and attend all trade shows, events, races, demos. Before I got a promotion, here were my duties: Cold call prospects in all Territories to generate new sales. Ensure follow up by passing leads to Independent Sales Rep force. Provide sales support as needed to Sales Reps. Handle inbound, unsolicited calls and convert to sales. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions. Create and maintain customer sales presentations for sales reps targeting ac-counts in multiple channels utilizing Power Point, B-Sheet layout boards and any special presentation styles, plan-o-grams, etc. as required. Coordinate Customer and Sales Rep product training. Maintain and expand company's database of prospects. Assist NSM with reports and necessary sales tools to drive sales.
