- San Francisco, CA, April 2013 - October 2016 + Execute entire design process for a given season within the Decorative & Functional Accessories categories and ensure product design technical packages are complete, accurate and handed off to agents and vendors. + Research and develop seasonal themes, concepts, color direction, materials, fabrications and styling trends + Present opportunities for new product and brand development based on research and competitive market analysis + Create development line plans, assortment of strategies, price points and overall creative direction for decorative and functional accessories for Pottery Barn Bed & Bath and candle light, candles and home scent for Pottery Barn Main. + Deliver cohesive product presentations that "sell" concepts to merchants + Present seasonal product information to cross-functional business partners + Maintain brand Point of View and Point of Difference through collaboration with design peers, merchants and vendors + Lead and manage weekly product development meetings and maintain communication between agents, merchants and sourcing + Develop and manage seasonal calendars and meet all deadlines + Manage, coach, develop employees and make hiring recommendations + Determine workload for staff; recommend effective processes and procedures to improve workflow and results

Plan and manage internal projects including sourcing of materials and managing contractors. Projects include the co-management of the build-out of a 60,000 square foot retail/industrial space in San Francisco's Mission District, home to Heath's San Francisco factory and showroom.
