In my role as a Marketing Manager, I oversaw marketing initiatives and campaign
management for four new high-rise developments with cumulative Marketing budgets over $5M. During this
time I worked in tandem with the VP of Marketing on the budget reconciliation for two of the four condo
towers. My primary responsibilities included weekly meetings with all clients and agencies, along with marketing management of agencies and vendors:
• Creative Management: Oversaw four creative agencies in the design and production of deliverables.
Deliverables included sales room LED Video Wall and light boxes, website design, building renderings,
brochure design and printing, stationery suites, email creative direction and copywriting review,
building wraps, neighborhood photography, and onsite backplate photography taken by drones and from cranes. Social Media planning and team oversight, as well.
• Influencer Marketing: Planned and implemented the beginning phases of an influencer campaign (Broker Ambassador Program - BAP) targeting high producing real estate brokers in San Francisco for three
condo towers. These campaigns included visiting brokerages, broker events, hard hat tours, email
updates, pre-release marketing materials, and informational videos.
• PR: Worked with one PR agency on two towers to promote hard hat tours, BAP event and release
renderings leading up to the opening of Sales Centers.
• Email Marketing: Received HTML files for completed emails and uploaded to ActOn. Created
segmentation, conducted A/B testing, and provided analytics in reporting.
• Events: Hired and planned with an event manager for a large BAP event in Dogpatch, San Francisco.
Planned venue tours for the client and created the event run-of-show. Venue scouting along the Embarcadero for multiple events for a second BAP series. The third series of events were planned onsite.
• Procurement and Invoice Processing: Signed agency/vendor agreements and processed all invoices
through clients and internal Finance team.

Director of Marketing and Client Relations | 02/2019 - 05/2019
- Worked with two real estate teams at Compass Real Estate with various media initiatives.
• Email Marketing: Started both groups with B2C email marketing campaigns. Created branding templates
specific for both teams and implemented regular email communications. Each team saw a high response from clients and prospects, as well as an immediate return on the email initiatives. Utilized both Sendgrid
and Constant Contact email platforms in conjunction with InDesign and HTML templates.
• CRM Development: Built CRM programs using Contactually, Salesforce and Constant Contact's email
automation platform.
• Creative: worked with a video and photography team to create videos and images for every listing. These
materials were then used in email blasts, social media posts, digital and print advertisements, and print
materials. All creative design for ads, brochures, emails and flyers were made using InDesign, Photoshop
and Illustrator. In addition, I wrote detailed copy for website and emails.
• Oversaw the ad campaigns for both teams which included placement in print and email blasts for local
publications. In addition I created ads for Punch Magazine's influencer campaign featuring both teams.
• SEO: Strengthened SEO by creating Google my Business listings and updating local business pages.
Eurofins EMLab P&K
Brand Marketing Manager | 12/2016 - 02/2019
I was promoted twice in the two plus years at Eurofins EMLab and solely oversaw
all Marketing for the subsidiary for over a year. I was then later promoted to the parent company, Eurofins
TestAmerica, to join a team of 5 while maintaining my Marketing duties for Eurofins EMLab. In my role, I
strategized, implemented and managed all B2B and B2C Marketing aspects for a string of environmental
laboratories: Brand Management, internal communications, Channel Marketing, Content, SEO & SEM,
website, PR campaigns, webinars, trade-shows, digital marketing, design for both digital & print,
budgeting/procurement/expenses, and vendor management.
• Email Marketing & CRM management: Produced all aspects of EMLab's email marketing program.
Responsible for annual content calendar, copywriting, building and scheduling email campaigns. Mix of HTML and Responsive Design using Constant Contact and later Pardot. Reviewed and reported on
analytics associated. Top-of funnel for leads to Sales Team, as well. When promoted to Eurofins
TestAmerica, I onboarded Pardot (SalesForce plug-in) and assisted with connecting to the SalesForce
CRM, created templates and email blasts.
• CRM Management: Salesforce and LabServe (custom CRM). Data entry and uploads, created
segmentation, tracked leads, and pulled/analyzed data.
• Website: Member of EMLab P&K's Website Redesign team. Main responsibilities: wireframing,
supporting programmer with design and CSS specifics, as well as graphic design (banners, thumbnails, etc. using InDesign). After the website update, I was responsible for website management via the CMS.
Prior to the website redesign, all updates were made by me using HTML.
• Website Management: banners, page edits, press releases, events, job openings, Newsletter, QA updates.
• SEO & SEM: Managed all digital ads (Google Ads). Wrote/updated copy, as well as selected and bid on
Keywords. Analyzed market share and updated campaigns, website and PPC accordingly.
• Press Releases: Write, edit and coordinate company press release campaigns.
• Trade Shows: Planned, scheduled, ordered items, and conducted Field Marketing for the annual trade
show program. Approximately 8 National trade-shows a year ranging in size from 300 to 4,500+
attendees. Provided remote support for smaller regional shows and trained sales team members.
Inventory and shipping management, as well.
• Conferences: Worked with presenters on presenter submissions, created PPT slides, assisted with travel
and accommodations, and traveled to conduct Field Marketing at larger domestic conferences.
• Events: Planning, marketing and onsite management (i.e. annual client event and regional Open Houses).
Initiated Partner Marketing campaigns at the client events, as well.
• Webinars: Coordinated and scheduled webinar program by calendaring with presenters, creating
presentation templates & formatting slides (PPT), and managing a contracted webinar host (Platform: GoToWebinar). On average, I produced 3-4 webinars a month with 1-2 webinars during the summer
months. In addition, I brought on two new presenters to the previous team of three and expanded the topic offerings. Managed the top-end of the webinar lead pipeline to the 8-person sales team.
• Graphic design: Sell sheets, Partner Marketing campaigns, website banners, social media posts, postcards,
tradeshow banner, tradeshow Swag, office window stickers, and other items as needed. Hired and managed design teams while providing creative direction for the tradeshow booth & 8th Edition Pocket
Guide (Applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Social Media Management: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Tripled followers on LinkedIn using both
paid and organic growth methods.
• Worked closely with the Sales Team to build leads for the sales funnel, tradeshow planning, and PR.
