o Design and create tech packs for bags and car accessories (duffels, custom Jeep bags, sun visors). o Design face masks and neck gaiters for domestic production. o Upload products to Shopify website for online sales. Maintain images and update website data as necessary. o Data analysis of missed sales on website due to missing pattern availability for potential sales growth.

o Create and maintain production orders for NEFF Headwear. o Sourcing, development and production for all SMU products including proto and strike approvals. o Facilitate the approval process with Licensed products (Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, etc.) o Managing all standard quality testing including compliance for CPSIA and Prop 65.

o Establish and maintain all calendars from design concept to product end of life for soft goods (bags, sleeves, folios, backpacks, and duffels) and hard goods (phone cases, MacBook cases, armbands, Apple watchbands). o Communicate with Design, Development, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management on all potential challenges through product processes. o Create Product Master of 700+ products allowing clear communication on the complete Incase products. o Develop product from Design to Production (bags, sleeves, backpacks, duffels, luggage, tech outerwear). o Negotiate cost and troubleshoot potential Production issues with development and factories. o Responsible for managing all quality testing including compliance for CPSIA, REACH, and Prop65. o Travel to Asia working directly with factories on Development, Sourcing and Production.

o Oversee all aspects of Development on Mens, Juniors, Boys and Kids printable product (Tees, Fleece, Thermals, etc.) and Mens, Juniors, Boys, and Kids accessories (Caps, Belts, Bags, Headwear, etc.) Insure that Design and Development stay on calendar and that delivery of proto samples, salesmen samples, and production meet designated deadlines. o Negotiate and confirm all pricing in all products to achieve the company's goals for gross margin and profitability without taking away from the designer's vision or quality of product. Troubleshoot all possible issues with large production runs. o Maintain open and frequent communication with Merchandising, Design, Logistics, Sales and Buyers on all issues related to quality, delivery and profit. Including travel to all facilities in US, Central America, Asia. o Maintain blank inventory and forecast projection volume on all printable product. (Including but not limited to the Mens 6M plus basic tees program). Process includes working with planners and buyer on historical sales and projected plan for upcoming seasons. Positioning vendors to react to the quick turn requirements of key accounts IE. Pac Sun, Buckle, and Tilly's, Macys, etc. o Research and technique development with vendors and designers to interpret upcoming trends and ideas into the Fox core customer. Coordinate the education of designers to the possibilities and limitations of all aspects of production including construction, embellishments and textiles.
