Help expedite the application process, reply to emails from prospective students, regularly update the Ischool newsletter; successfully wrote letters to the graduate office to convince why some should get deferrals or accepted; assist the events coordinator. ? Gain insight in the overall management of the graduate school.

Honed project management/leadership skills by successfully leading and organizing a college 3 day missions trip to Tijuana with 6 other campuses in Southern California by managing other leaders, flights, fundraisers, meetings/trainings, and other administrative duties necessary for a successful trip.

? In charge of posting, increasing publicity, and digitizing upcoming events and meetings through Facebook. ? Developed ideas on how to increase consumer engagement.

? Advise the manager how to write and publicize job openings to cater towards a certain group of people. ? Successfully managed to contact and conduct interviews for potential employees for the manager. ? Translated Korean to English between the manager and customer. ? Created new academic curriculums and was the first teacher in the academy to teach an adult class between the ages of 30-60.

Publicized and increased political participation from students in UC Berkeley by utilizing social media and door to door personal interactions; lobbied at the state capitol for student issues.
