At Rebel off road my job duties include, At Rebel off road my job duties include, • Answer and direct calls to front desk salesmen • Communicate with customers via email regarding timing and tracking as well as current backorders • Print sales orders • Prepare, pack, and ship daily orders both domestic and international via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS • Verify all orders received and shipped and assure that all orders are accounted for in Quick books systems • Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain and update inventory on stock items • Organize and maintain inventory for easy stock management • Organize warehouse and maintain equipment to increase performance and workflow efficiently • Receive incoming shipments, comparing purchase orders with invoices, and signing for deliveries • Basic Data entry for all orders and order status on Quick books systems or Big Commerce • Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items and log all returns in Excel file and Google Docs • File all hard copy invoices on fulfilled orders or place in backorder file

As a warehouse supervisor my job duties were, • Create a schedule for warehouse employees daily • Mondays, count all supplies for both warehouses, wholesale and E-commerce • Order all warehouse supplies for the week Ecommerce and wholesale • Use ship station systems and process the allocated batches of orders to ship • Receive incoming containers of product and stage pallets • Create receiving documents and labels using excel to replenish product pick boxes • Clean the warehouse and all break rooms • Lock all roll up doors and clear loading docks • Wednesdays, Cycle count, print the selected styles to be counted and adjust inventory, using full circle systems. • During annual sales manage the overnight shift • Check in all seasonal temps and assign them with their daily tasks • Submit timecards for all and be in communication with all temp agencies for recruitment

My job duties included • loading UPS trucks • Sort small packages manually that were irregular • Bag packages on the line in the small sort department • Print labels, place on shipping bag, and place on conveyer belts Warehouse shipping & receiving

Seasonal job position duties were, • Cashier and assist cashiers bagging customer items • Stock warehouse shelves and keep shelves clean • Put back any go backs for the night • Help clean the warehouse for following morning
