SENIOR WOMEN'S DESIGN CONSULTANT | 09/2020 - Current
Responsible for developing the creative vision for the Wrangler Women's collection for all
product classifications.
• Design, develop and deliver innovative, brand right products which meet category and
consumer business needs with a sustainable mindset.
• Develop consistent color, trend, and creative direction across business categories to ensure
brand positioning and brand equity objectives are intact.
• Research emerging trends, styles and key influencer markets to strengthen brand image
and maintain competitive positioning against key brand consumer targets.
• Review samples and resolve outstanding issues with design and costing. Troubleshoot
product development related problems to maintain calendar deadlines.
• Prepare all selected and confirmed styles to be computerized and design sheets completed
to a high standard for sending to buying offices globally in both Illustrator and 3D.
• Direct the presentation of the Women's collection to Sales and Merchandising. Provide
seasonal direction to ensure vision is executed in the market.
• Lead the direction for styling and product cues, as well as seasonal guides for visual mer-
chandising for all channels.
• Direct variety of creative resources (agencies, freelancers, writers, photographers, etc) on
creative execution to ensure holistic creative excellence.

• Travel overseas to develop brand right product with a sustainable mindest.
• Build a concept driven showroom merchandising the seasonal big ideas in trend, color and innovation and present to cross functional departments.
• Shop domestic & international markets to anazlye the competitive landscape and advise
product opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to develop and meet a strategy that ensures
product covers regional needs and cost targets.
• Make timely design decisions in fit, styling, and wash that creates equity and adheres to the brands heritage.
• Train, develop and manage Design Associates and Assistants.
• Visually merchandise showroom displays, and mock in store retail environments, to show
seasonal concept, product, and campaigns.
• Review and approve all tech packs to ensure accuracy of product development.
• Collaborate seasonally with major brands to create exclusive trend right capsule's.
• Direct, design and style seasonal runway collections and photoshoot's.
