• Lead fit sessions on live model in intimates and women’s activewear to tailor samples from overseas suppliers to align with brand objective • Communicate with suppliers regularly to ensure target dates are met • Daily use of FlexPLM to generate comments sent to suppliers • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Design, Product Development and Sourcing to ensure quality goods are in stores • Constantly seeking ways to elevate the product by comp shopping and trend research • Responsible for updating current legging waistband construction to be aligned with competition and more comfortable for the customer • Developed legging blocks for new interlock and nylon fabric to ensure the brand is relevant • Single-handedly responsible for plus, missy, and petite sizes through the activewear fit process • Regularly measure and fit intimates bottoms on body to ensure the best fit for the customer • Created a standard for sports bra neck coverages to help align with new brand direction • Collaborated with my director to finalize a slim fit jogger block to help speed up fit process (Contractor from July – December, 2017)

Assisted by organizing clothes and aided with styling and dressing of models on photoshoots. Helped assist models in fitting, dressing, and any other necessary for fashion shows. Created patterns, cut fabric, and sewed garments together. Assisted with custom orders for clients.
