I have worked with TideLine Design in a variety of roles in the past 10 years. I have been a contract artist and a full-time employee as needed. Duties have included graphic design, web design, marketing, social media updates, printing, vinyl cutting and installation, exhibit installation and design, sales, and project management.

This position required the wearing of many hats as an employee of a small family-owned company. Backyard Living Source specializes in e-commerce sales through multiple websites. The Grandio Greenhouse line was sold locally, however, most are shipped out all over the US and Canada. • Designed and engineered 4 different models of the Grandio Greenhouses with varying parts and extension kits. • Managed web design, product updates, and scheduling of sales, social media posts, and tracked various analytics for many websites. • Managed production and importing with manufacturers in China, Taiwan Germany, and Israel via email, we chat and phone calls. • Developed and designed various product lines including pool supplies and cleaners, greenhouses, sheds and a variety of outdoor related products geared toward greenhouses and patio living. • Designed and engineered over 30 assembly manuals for various products. • Managed all design needs for the company including manuals, brochures, packaging design, and any printed or graphic media. • Shot, filmed and edited various videos and photographs showcasing product functionality, installation and assembly.

I learned the entire Enterprise business model for the rental car industry including; sales, marketing, writing and explaining contracts, customer service, managing the business, employees, and the fleet of cars. I worked at various city branches and at the airport learning the entire scope of the business and how to meet and exceed sales goals in all aspects of the business while always providing exceptional customer service.

I managed a variety of private events at the downtown Boise Bardenay. I ensured that all events ran smoothly as per the clients’ requirements. I managed the staff of servers and catering assistants, reported inventory, served, bartended and am an expert on the house spirits made in the Bardenay distilleries.
