DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide expert of troubleshooting tickets, via HEAT, for isolating technical \ function problems within Kronos Payroll, Peoplesoft HRMS (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Student Administration, Self - Service, eBenefits, eCompensation, eRecruit, ePerformance, and Time and Labor) and Financials (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, General Ledger, Billing, Workflow, Purchasing, Project Costing, Inventory, Commitment Control, CRM, from versions 7.5 to 8.9 for 56 hosting clients.
? Provided Kronos and Peoplesoft Security restructure for all clients' systems are in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
? Implemented Fast View Table 1 on JOB_DATA and PERSONAL_DATA components for Search Records EmpL_SRCH_COR and PERS_SRCH_GBL. Used FAST_SCRTY_1 in order to load a pre-indexed table, FAST_SCRTY_1, with the security tree information matched with the content of the job data record. With this one used, system performance is greatly enhanced. Also, resolved the fast security issues with a recommended Peoplesoft customization to the HR_FASTVIEW app engine to allow the process to see inactive departments.
? Provide resolution for Peoplesoft Patches/Fixes and Tax Update issues, debugging, migrating of objects from one environment to the other via Data Mover and/or ftp on both NT and Unix servers, app engine, peoplecoding, testing menu and component panels before going 'live' with new customizations, and provide modifications to SQRs.
? Work with DBAs to ensure refreshes of environments are being completed when requested.
? Work with DBAs to ensure all .ora name files are being updated accordingly.
? Work with Winserver Administration team to ensure printer setups and new installation of servers are installed accordingly.
? Work with Network Administration team to ensure IP changes, router changes, outages of network, and Firepass issues/changes are completed in a timely manner.
? Create scripts via SQL Plus and Data Mover to import and export data from one environment to another.
? Prepare documentation on Security policies and procedures for each client.
? Create PS Queries, upon customer's request.
? Troubleshoot issues with nVision and Crystal reports.
? Create projects and test plans for each task that I am assigned to in regards to upgrades and implementations.
? Ensure Unix and NT Process Schedulers are brought up in a timely manner when down, via PC Anywhere.
? Bounce app servers when requested.
? Ensure SLA's (Service Level Agreements) - Target and Actual resolution and response times are responded to within 15 minutes and resolved in a timely manner.
