My mission was to build an accounting and finance team from scratch, grow the company up to 300% by adding up to 1m lives/patient members within 3 years and then sell SynerMed and EHS for the highest price.
• Built the entire corporate accounting and finance team from scratch to perform financial services for multiple IPAs, medical groups, hospitals (EHS, Multi-Culture, etc ), Synermed and Achievamed (MSO)
• Implemented ERP and Payroll systems, new processes, and procedures across the entire organization to increase revenue, reduce costs, comply with SOX, and other regulations.
