Responsible for communicating between the corporate staff and sales team to ensure all operations ran smoothly. Made sure my staff was aware of daily/weekly goals and were doing the most possible to achieve those goals. Planned events to better connect with the community and our customer base. Responsible for mostivating/inspiring my team to build depth within my store. All of this was achieved while upholding the quality customer service that Active Ride Shop is known for.
