Hi! My name is Arianna Jarvis, a former student-athlete at the University of Maryland and current Irish National Team softball player.  I am an extremely interpersonal individual who thrives in a competitive environment.  I am ready to thrive within a company that has the same passions as I do. 

In limited time, I demonstrated features and benefits of my products; Resulting in 20% sales
increase year to date, within the 40 million dollar southern Maryland territory.
- Marketed, sold, and represented Milwaukee, Ridgid, and Ryobi within the competitive power
tool industry.
- I-track Objectives Captain; ensured that my team completed priorities weekly in an efficient and timely manner.
-  Built strong relationships with Maryland's top contractors in order to drive sales, enhance
business and bring repeat business.
-  Marketed and hosted demo events in my store to promote sales as well as my company's brand.
- Formed intrapersonal relationships with key decision makers in my territory to strengthen our
partnership. Thus, ensuring goals are met for both parties.
- Assisted in recruitment events at the University of Maryland's internship and career fairs.

Sales And Marketing Representative

-Competed in the European Championship Tournament and helped lead the team in ranking 8th in Europe.
-Exercised my leadership and intrapersonal skills to develop healthy yet competitive relationships with my teammates and coaches.
-Assisted the team in ranking 17th overall in the world.


- Looked after and lead campers ages 5-12 through daily activities and events.
- Cooperate with staff daily and report back issues, suggestions, and updates on staff and camper
behavior.

TerpQuest Counselor

-Played and worked alongside twenty other players and coaches while enhancing my group work skills.
-Helped work through obstacles that challenged the team. 
-Physically and mentally pushed to lead my team including myself to be the best version of ourselves daily despite difficult schedules.
