FREELANCE

(Womens all categories: Sportswear, Accessories, & Swim)
- Concept, color pallets, design, develop, build tech packs, manage fitting, fabric sourcing, trim design.
- Design / tech textiles, stripes, and artwork.
- Manage the calendar, vendor visits, and photoshoots. Style all photoshoots, in-house and location.
- Present each season to all sales reps at our sales meetings. Attend trade shows and show the line to buyers.
- Gather hi-lo reports, rep feedback, and data supporting sales to start designing the next season.

(Womens all categories: Sportswear & Accessories)
- Concept, design, develop, fit, present, and manage all bodies and accessory categories.
- Design and tech textiles, stripes, and artwork.
- Manage all fabric development, trim design/development for all categories.
- Gather hi-lo reports, rep feedback, and data supporting sales to start designing the next season.

- Concept, design, develop, and build all tech packs and cads in illustrator/photoshop.
- Present my categories and lines at sales meetings to sales reps.
- Creating prints and textiles in photoshop and illustrator.
- Design in-store fixtures for accessories, home, and footwear categories.
- Analyze data to support sales before designing into the next season.

Designer Womens Accessories AND Footwear

(Mens Outerwear, Accessories, Footwear, & Lounge)
- Design, develop and manage all men's accessories and outerwear styles, two largest grossing categories.
- Present out concepts, sketches and adopted styles to all upper management in design and merch.
- Compile research and sales data for my categories along with contributing designs for all mens categories.
