Assist weekly with social tagging of about 300 posts through Social Bakers and matching video views across all social media channels. Assist CDE Department at Pathways LA. Organize family files, request missing paperwork, work on employment verifications, determine parent/guardian's eligibility for childcare programs, handle high volume of calls. • Kept track of over 400 applications under LA CARES Program, verified parent/guardian and provider information, managed family data entry. In 17 days, I helped the team enroll 200 children under the program.

Supported the Ticket Sales & Service Department and Kings Care Foundation. Prepared tickets, created fan packages, fulfilled donations, and gathered auction items for distribution. • Assembly of Kings Care booth on game nights- printed foundation collateral, set up booth with auction items, assisted with selling promotional items. Fulfilled in-game experiences such as, Hero of the Game, Zamboni Riders, Shot on Goal, Penalty Box, etc.

Responsible for complete set up and break down of all Suites, Cabanas, and Premium Lounges. Monitored ticket access into exclusive areas while providing exemplary service to our guests. Cultivated relationships with fans and initiated potential new premium experience sales. • Assisted in office with projects and tasks within Premium Sales Department.

• Maintained store policy throughout every shift and continuously checked inventory of over 200 items. • Managed $800 per shift while updating cash records, resolved customer complaints, trained 12 new employees, and prepared individualized orders for customers; as well as offering suggestions to up-sell products to reach monthly sales quotas.
