• Managed 1,000 orders annually to Halo Top partners in North/Central America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
• Researched and ensured governmental compliance with dairy regulations, tariff liabilities, documentation
requirements, and harmonized tariff codes for all export lanes.
• Established lead times and managed launch of 71 new international items.
• Supply, production, and inventory planned movement of 105 items between 13 factories and 25 warehouses.

INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

• Responsible for $37m of sales (total team $187m); forecasted both volume and dollars at 88.95% accuracy
• Create and manage 900 orders annually for 9 foreign Nestle affiliates.
• Managed production and movement of 110 unique items between 10 domestic factories, 6 domestic
distribution centers, and 15 foreign warehouses.
• Group achieved a total case fill rate of 99.7% and freshness of 96% annually.

EXPORT SUPPLY PLANNER

• Managed 1,300 export orders valued at $50 million annually.
• Learned market dynamics and account managed 60 foreign Nestle affiliates and 20 foreign direct customers.
• Collected and distributed export documentation for each order processed.

EXPORT ACCOUNT ORDER COORDINATOR

• Planned comprehensive creative layouts, marketing POS, and booth set ups for 45 Sysco/US Foods food shows.
• Developed program to recover idle assets and recovered ~$100,000 of equipment.
