Bennett Baumgarten: Screen Printer in Kalispell, MT

My job at RMI is screen printing, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, etc. I also help clean and reclaim screens, burning screens for printing, mixing ink. and helping box up product and get ready for shipping or pick up.

Worked my way up learning the ins and out of the restaurant business. I started washing dishes and making pizza only to keep moving up to help run the place. Ended up being in charge of opening and closing day, prepping food for the day, cleaning and closing the till at night and getting deposit ready. Also made sure everything in the restaurant was flowing well. For instance making sure pizzas are being made in timely manner to get out to customers, that we consistently are making high quality food and having a good turn over rate. Stopped working here to pursue a job closer to my field.
