Sr. Brand Director | 09/2013 - 05/2015
As the Brand Director I built all GTM plans with a focus on digital and video content. In the past, GTM plans were set at sell-in and followed throughout the sell through period. Now these plans can change monthly and need to be constantly monitored and updated to connect with the target consumer. Video projects included the Burton Presents… video series and Peace Park. Peace Park was a major accomplishment. The project was fueled with partner dollars from Mountain Dew. On location we collected content for Mountain Dew TV and web commercials, Burton product testimonials, and a 22-minute television show to be aired on ABC in December of 2015. My title on the project was Executive Producer and I managed a team of 3 producers, 7 cinematographers, an onsite editing team and onsite branding team. During my time at Burton I oversaw multiple budgets and teams including Brand Marketing team (3 people), Anon Marketing team (2 people), Retail Marketing team (4 people) and Team Marketing (2 people and 30+ athletes)

Directly manage a team of 6, work closely with an art team of 6, web team of 3 and oversee a team of 30 snowboarders. Responsibilities also include communicating brand message globally with managers in Europe, Japan and Australia/ New Zealand. Have worked and negotiated high-level contracts with large agencies including CAA, IMG and Wasserman Media Group. I have been the key marketing member in Volcom’s triad approach of product, sales, and marketing. Work with Sr. merchandizer to approve all snow products, and work closely with sales manager on strategic sales plans.
Produced back-to-back X Games gold medal video parts with Dan Brisse in Real Street 2011-12.
Number one snow brand in Transworld Business Exposure meter 2012 Logo wars.
