Maine Lobster Now, a modern fresh/frozen food ecommerce company. Work directly with the CEO. Responsible for a remote direct team of 10 and a total team of ~25, which includes senior developers, front-end developers,
merchandisers, pricing analyst, email marketers, customer service manager, marketing manager and external SEO
agency partners. Responsible for systems that manage $40+ million in ecommerce sales annually.
- Build, manage & nurture lead strategies from PPC discovery to checkout & retargeting with a budget of $1.2M/yr.
Actively responsible for conversion strategy, on page CRO, AOV and nurturing customers to increase LTV & CRR.
- Implemented a full stack of security, fraud and site speed services which increased conversion rates over 6
months by 13% and increased AOV by 25% over 10 months. Team collectively redesigned a whole new checkout
experience that improved a user's ability to finish checkout faster and more effectively.
- Responsible for managing dispersed technical teams and using agile best practices for our internal and external
software. This included scoping projects, managing roadmaps in Asana and ensuring we deliver against business
needs and best practices. Utilized L1-L4 prioritization in product management.
- Manage departmental P&L greater than $250k/month. Oversee our Amazon store strategy and software support
stack in conjunction with operational staff. Drive over $2 million in annual revenue with our pricing analyst in Amazon.
- Responsible for overseeing integrity of data and AWS instances for over 1 million customer records.
- Own the rapid product prototyping for various web projects including: autoship programs, wholesale programs,
fresh and frozen programs, mobile app and checkout flows to name a few.
- Oversaw onpage and an off page SEO agency with a budget of $24k/month on top of our ~$125k/month ad
budget. This also included guiding complete retemplating of product pages with our creative director and technical
teams, SEMRush audits to assess and build domain authority (DA).

- Oversaw the direction and execution of Magento B2B and B2C software product design, function, and systems.
Worked directly with the founders. I managed a team of onshore and offshore developers to establish best
practices on evolving software and web systems. Owned the vision, marketing and UX side of large software
projects for clients as well as internal team.
- Was responsible for part of 15 various software builds/contributions during my employment. This ranged from smaller micro systems all the way up to $5 million + custom projects with 30+ people on the project. Clients
included: Floraflex.com, CampChef.com, Livepure.com and Parker Hannifin to mention a few.
- Helped establish Magentico's MRR and revenue channels in conjunction with project management teams around
website performance packages, maintenance, emergency response, new builds, PWAs and SaaS.
- Strategize and work with project management teams on creating client system benefits and translate developer
and product build goals into functional UI kits to drive usability with PWAs, website and dedicated applications.
- Led rapid product prototyping to determine product market fit for agency clients. Additionally, our team used XD
and Figma to build highly interactive prototypes to help determine end user UX decisions.
- Oversee lead gen/nurturing with Pipedrive and a number of bot technologies to help qualify leads, talent, and bucket test new and existing clients.

Responsible for managing and growing PURE's DTC global digital marketing strategy and team. Oversaw content
creation, site build-out, ecommerce stores, social campaigns along with significant support materials for 8 + international markets and $70-85 million in ecommerce sales annually.
- Lead the digital side of integration with our technical teams, design, and development of multi-million dollar web
solutions with Magento, Marketo, Drift Bot (handled 560k conversations and customer interactions for the sales support team over the course of 8 months), Vertify, Smartling language tools and Ionic 4.
- Extensive front-end HTML fluency, commonly working with app development teams for wireframing iterations, UI
design/animation, procedural web design, creating interactive web experiences, building out landing pages, sales
funnels, and mapping user experiences along with relevant touchpoints.
- My team and I developed custom online digital shopping, email, and ecommerce experiences. Managed
departmental P&L greater than $175k/month.
- Responsible for implementing and measuring customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
through CAC, bounce rates, cart abandonment recovery and SMS/email nurturing.
