Managed Salt Lake City store’s daily operations, which was not limited to; assisting customers, buying/selling or consignment of sports card collections, curating new product purchases prior to release dates, breaking/opening boxes live in-store and on social media accounts (WhatNot, Instagram, and Twitch). Payroll and scheduling via Homebase, banking and deposits. Daily reports, 24-hour logs and security updates for consignment drop off/pick up, PO’s, inventory transfers, and submissions to PSA, CGC and PWCC via Slack. I participated and engaged in weekly manager meetings and monthly company-wide team meetings. I helped build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and property management. I was responsible for ordering office/ shipping supplies, snacks and all maintenance requests. In addition, I lead the shipping/fulfillment team to pack/ship, schedule pickups or drop-offs for all online orders through Shopify and Whatnot.
