I am an extremely positive and contagiously enthusiastic young professional. When others become discouraged or hesitate to take risks I can usually provide the encouragement to keep them moving. Group members tend to look to me for this “lift.” They know I keep my eye on the prize and also give them the recognition they need.

Although I am a planner, I am adaptable and realistic. I like to bring ideas and events to life and make them vivid. I enjoy creating word pictures that make important points memorable. 

I am aware when other feel left out and make an effort to include them. I actively avoid groups that exclude others.

Meeting new people is easy for me and I actually enjoy initiating new relationships. I derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and "winning over" new connections. To me there are no strangers, only friends I haven’t met. 

I’m looking for a position in a company where I can:
1.	Use my personal and professional skills to make an important contribution.
2.	Help motivate others to reach a common goal.
3.	And join a group of colleagues who are excited about the company and proud to work there.
