Coordinated the branding, colorways and design for Burton's family of apparel brands. Worked directly with softgood business unit directors and project managers to insure graphics and colorways were current and relevant to specific global markets. Developed creative briefs for all seasonal directions and graphic initiatives. Managed a staff of four designers and one textile specialist. Selected freelance designers to provide trend-driven graphics for all of Burton's apparel brands.
Bell Helmets

Oversaw and conducted research and forecasted design trends for multiple consumer groups in USA and Europe. Managed and created the core graphics of Bell's entire IBD category. Designed the graphics, branding and colorways for all US and European product categories. Supervised product photoshoots and designed look & feel for all catalogs and printed media. Collaborated with outside vendors on tradeshow booths and marketing materials. Frequently worked overseas to insure product consistency.
