Works on all NCAA and NHL styles within Locker Room BU. Creates line art and color CADs. Create and maintain 100% accurate schematics for artwork. Create and place graphics on CADS. Create team, merchandising, and licensing boards for top 60 NCAA schools and for 32 NHL teams. Responsible for creating all new trims for NCAA, and NHL teams. Collaborate with design, marketing and development regarding color and graphics based on individual league and school needs. Ensure all designs meet league/team rules and legal considerations. Works closely with production art team to ensure all art is correct. Stretch project with headwear team to find, create, and produce a hand knit beanie, while maintaining all job responsibilities for tech.

Creation of format art and collateral art used in Team catalog; utilizing those files to break out across all teams. Wrote and proofread recipes for graphic series to ensure others can build art correctly in the future when creating new teams. Collaborated with art group on season’s artwork, form plans and timelines. Created artwork for teams based off customer/rep requests. Reviewed team guides to assist in building correct art; following team/school standards.

Worked closely with designers, production staff and merchandising team members to ensure retail versions closely replicated the on-field/on-court jerseys. Created basic patterns and associated specs. Prepared specifications for prototypes and communicated with product developers and vendors about fabrics. Created collateral images for catalog, proofed catalogs before publish dates, and license submissions for school approval before production. Created template and all art for the first 3 years of TechFit Jersey production art for NCAA and High School teams. Worked directly with screen print floor to solve problems- space and sizing of logos and word marks to create standard sizing for print areas (TechFit). Created custom fonts based off team fonts for direct NCAA teams.
