• Manage seasonal calendar including seasonal product, catalog, web and advertising shoots • Coordinate and prepare daily shot lists, schedule photo requests and track progress to ensure shoots are completed on schedule • Update and track all inserts and drops to ensure minimal missing shot items. • Track and manage seasonal photo studio inventory to ensure lines are fully maintained until the final shoot is completed • Manage photographers and studio assistants PTO and Tech support. • Provide Creative Services Manager with Studio team progress updates. • Assist photographer with various tasks including needed • Purge seasonal items at the end of each season • Maintain annual photostudio budget including sample account • Steam clothes in preparation for being photographed • Style all flat and glory product shoots • Work with office manager to help facilitate seasonal sample sale • Maintain clean storage area • Reports and works closely with Creative Services Director to make sure all
