In-House Brand Design & Development for: Shaun White, Mossimo, Pro Spirit, C9, Circo, Cherokee, Cloud Island, Pillowfort, Disney, Tom's, Vineyard Vines and Feed Trend & Research Development: Research and develop seasonal art trends, themes, concepts, color stories, and technique. Travel domestically, internationally and pull from multiple sources for quest centric research. Contribute to the overall art strategy to the design and merchant teams. Brand Concept: Ensure brand point-of-view and point-of-difference through the collaboration with design team members, peers, merchants and vendors. Direct the creation and delivery of effective, cohesive art product presentations to partners. Ensure consistent story telling across brands and divisions. Product, Textile & Graphic Design: Provide leadership in the design and execution of creative solutions supporting merchant line plans, assortment strategies, price points and overall creative direction. Provide direction for the development of print, pattern, graphic and product designs for internal team members, external vendors, and global partners. Build strong, balanced assortments of age appropriate design solutions. Development: Ensure quality and efficiencies with development and production processes. Communicate effectively to ensure product executes according to brand attributes and design intent. Work with design team to ensure all product deadlines are met. Communicate overall team progress to design director and appropriate leadership.
