The Clay Chamber provided opportunity to engage the business community in Clay County through a variety of events, social media outlets and digital and print advertising. The purpose at the chamber was to aid businesses in promotion, networking and in community recognition. Maintain social media outlets such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram Work on member directories and update website Stay current on chamber events on the website calendar and facebook events Create all event collateral including: banners, billboards, agendas, and digital advertising Collbarate with the event planner, print companies and venues for events Create RFPs to insure fair distribution of local contracts

• Maintain company voice through copy writing and graphic material on social media outlets, customer interaction, and video interviews, • Aided in website maintenance and content generation, including individual product pages and instructional and informative product videos, • Organized (including weekly topics, discussion questions and all advertising material) and hosted #GearMeOut twitter chat, to engage customers in outdoor related topics, • Maintain a diverse team of Brand Ambassadors through team building, arranging product testing, and guiding in social media presence and media production, • Produce real world photography and video in wilderness areas for product and for stock images to be used in company advertising. • Create and maintain a yearly marketing budget and marketing proposal.

• Create Internal publications such as invitations, event signage and awards. • Work within brand standard of the United Way parent organization and with the organization’s partners and sponsors • Create social media content in cooperation with the web content coordinator

• Creating digital and print presentations for effective communication with clients • Designing and production of recreational and commercial catalogs, brochures and other print publications, • Production of trade show exhibitions including point of sale graphics and banners • Aided in shipping procedures of exhibition materials and coordination of booth layout.

• Create Marketing Campaigns including Social Media, online and Print Collateral. • Generating print materials for international publications including POS, print ads and packaging, to include POS boxes and tradeshow booths. • Filming and editing video blogs and how-to-videos in Final Cut Pro along with generating additional multimedia content. • Assign projects, communicate with associates for marketing input, follow up on assignments, implement improvements, and adhere to production deadlines. • Lead team in Social Media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pintrest.
