Christian Bhumsuko: Finance Manager in Culver City

• Partner with the Finance and Operational leadership to prepare operations analysis and reports • Daily revenue reconciliations including, but not limited to, cash and credit card transactions and vouchers • Work closely with the Operations team to oversee the inventory process as well as COGS analysis & reporting • Ensure a timely and accurate month end closing process • Manage the weekly cash disbursement process • Oversee AP/AR processes for accuracy, while providing support as needed • Maintain fixed assets schedule • Analyze monthly balance sheet and P&L figures to prepare comments and expose performance trends • Assist in the budgeting and projection process for all revenue and expense streams, as well as analysis of variances and creation of action plans to reduce or eliminate future variances • Develop and coordinate automated accounting applications and processes • Ability to review, understand and implement financial terms of business contracts • Build solid working relationships with customers, vendors and internal department leaders
