-Implementation of online Zoom group and individual video conferencing as educational component -Responsible for the recruiting, training, educating, scheduling, and travel of on-ice hockey officials for the NAHL (24 teams) and NA3HL (48 teams) while working in partnership with USA Hockey for my officials’ development and advancement to the professional levels of hockey -Travel to games in the NAHL footprint (www.nahl.com/nahl/downloads/nahl-map.pdf) and NA3HL footprint (http://www.na3hl.com/nahl/downloads/na3hl-footprint.pdf) to coach on-ice hockey officials -Management and development of a $750K officiating budget, which includes payroll, travel (flights, mileage, hotels, rental cars, etc.), league apartments (Seven- 3 bedrooms, 8 month leases), and preseason training camps (Buffalo, NY & Plymouth, MI) -Created a system-wide supervisory process for on-ice officials utilizing 20+ officiating coaches that I recruited to my supervisory team to assist with the mentoring and development of officials -Annually design and coordinated preseason training camps; these are 5-7 day training experiences for 60-90 participants per camp, aged 17-30 years old, participants actively engaged in on-ice training, off-ice training, classroom instruction, and group participation exercises -Develop a professional and consistent discipline model for all players and coaches that play in the NAHL, creating a safer playing environment for athletes and officials -Issue all warnings, fines, and suspensions to athletes and coaches with an emphasis on safety, professionalism, and consistency -Created a video clip review system for on-ice officials to assist in their continued on-going development and training throughout the season, utilizing social media extensively -All aspects of renting 7 three bedroom apartments strategically located around the US for officials -Implemented the use of performance data collection to grade and rank officials for higher-level advancement
