* Promoted from Technical designer to Technical designer Assistant Manager * Coordinate fitting with Designers, Developers and Tech Designers for QS, RX and DC Shoes. * Track samples received; manage Spec writers workload, making sure all samples will be ready for fittings scheduled. * Daily communication with overseas vendors, to meet delivery dates and approvals per our master calendar, approximately 2,400 styles per year from proto to production * Run Seasonal report showing the percentage of sample approvals per season, update tracking log with Vendor’s WIP, prepare reports using PLM and Excel program, * Ship Approved Samples to vendors overseas
