Coordinated across 15+ work streams to dissolve a joint venture with annual revenues more than $1 Billion while simultaneously standing up a new business within Bank of America to offer similar products and services. Participated in organization / process design as more than 1,500 HC were hired. Managed project budgets and forecasting processes during the business transition. • Identified internal synergies to eliminate 102 HC from the staffing plan which allowed approx. $15 Million to be redeployed elsewhere in the business.

Led the development of an internal function to target existing processes well suited for technological improvement and/or automation. Assessed opportunities to implement more advanced analytic techniques and drive 'technical development' across the team by making emerging technologies more accessible. • Saved $50M in costs by developing a new CFO function which has grown from 13 people to 100+. • Slashed the number of days to set up a client from 60-90 to 10 business days by automating email messaging and streamlining the processes. • Built a framework to implement natural language processing (NLP) and other machine learning techniques to analyze qualitative and quantitative data with efficiency and effectiveness vs. traditional manual methods.
