I seek a position within the outdoor industry where I can use my experience and passion to help others continue or begin their exploration of the outdoors in whatever medium they choose.
Education has always been a driving factor in an position I have held. Education in the use and repair of equipment has found its place both on the sales floor and in the field. In all cases it helps me and the user understand their needs and desires. It can also break down the barrier of the unknown and create new insight on how they can use their equipment and skills to experience the outdoors in their own unique ways. 

Asses bikes for service provide accurate quotes and timelines for repairs. 
Provide excellent customer service and accurate information for customers.
Schedule and manage bicycle rental fleet.
Competently and efficiently complete minor repairs and adjustments on bicycles of varying styles and generation.


Sales and Service

Provide consistent quality customer service cultivated over 60+ years of serving the Eugene community.
Regularly create orders for resupply and special order.
Assist in individualized care and problem solving for bootfitting needs.
Use knowledge of an array of outdoor equipment to assist rental customers in a fast paced environment.

Check in consignment items, asses the quality o f a variety of items to determine a reasonable and realistic selling price.
Provide accurate information on a range of equipment for various uses.
