Acquired by Peek April 2017 Lead the redesign of the ZOZI Advance brand, including new website patterns and marketing collateral. Established a functioning workflow for design, marketing, product and the organization to collaborate efficiently as I was the sole internal designer at the company.

Partnering with the Design Leads, Marketing Managers, Researchers and Developers to create highly refined design solutions across all digital platforms, while strategically working to create design systems that will allow the company's brand presence to scale efficiently and effectively.

It's tough to learn on your own. At Design Lab I worked with developers and entrepreneurs to hone their design skills through one-on-one training and feedback sessions.

During my time at Optimizely I lead the environmental and keynote designs for the companies second annual Opticon event, revamped and organized their sales and marketing design processes, worked on the launch of the companies second product, Personalization, as well as assisted in creating the companies first brand guidelines,

I lead and worked on a team of designers that created all of the printed and digital marketing for the Hootsuite organization. To do so, I worked collaboratively with the Art Director, who simultaneously reports to the Director of Marketing.
