Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Vice President, Chief Medical Officer, Development and Chief Scientific Officer of Botox. Manage heavy calendaring, meeting coordination, complex domestic and international travel, word processing, timely completion of expense reports, and handling of special projects.
