More than 2,500+ student-athletes and 400 college soccer coaches from around the country attend the showcase. November Nights is recognized for assisting thousands of high school aged college-bound athletes gain exposure to college coaches in pursuit of athletic and merit scholarship opportunities to play at the collegiate level. • Led strategic development of Showcase Business Plan, Mission, Vision and Values. • Created and evolved Showcase brand & marketing strategy, website and social media channels for maximum effect and sponsorship coordination. • Managed budget definition and execution of all Showcase operations to meet P&L goals. • Worked in partnership with the Board of Directors and Showcase Committee to recruit over 250+ parent volunteers to execute program objectives. • Grew annual operating budget to over $350k * Overall economic impact to North San Diego County is over $2m over a three day period. • Achieved program goals, by raising and giving back more than $200k in the last 6 years to support deserving teams and players afford the cost of travel and lodging to attend college soccer showcase events. www.novembernightsshowcase.com
