Main responsibilities: • Outlined the product vision starting from an executive's high-level business idea • Vetted and optimized the program's value proposition through Listening Labs • Led recurring Voice-Of-Customer analyses: moderated contextual interviews and surveys to uncover user problems/desires, and a combination of moderated interviews and un-moderated tests to vet the usability of new and existing functionalities • Ran multivariate and A/B tests as part of the continuous improvement of the platform • Directed customer-centric UX efforts by testing the value and usability of ideas on prototypes • Designed a KPI dashboard to measure the program success and incremental enhancements • Elucidated incremental product strategy, annual goals and obtained funding • Administered and prioritized the product's backlog, and interfaced with the product team to ensure that functionalities reflected requirements and were bug-free • Led a cross-functional team of +20 resources, including: a UX designer, a data analyst, customer research analysts and vendors, two dedicated scrum teams, ERP/ETL/Data Warehouse engineers and other digital product teams
