As the Design and Marketing Manager, I was responsible for creating and managing marketing strategies for the company including trade show marketing, print advertising and collateral, and packaging design and development. I also was heavily involved in new product design and development projects for outdoor brand clients such as Browning, Real Tree, and Mossy Oak. This included various types of products such as soft goods like technical mountaineering packs to pet products and hand tools under various brands licensed by Signature Products Group. I was partially responsible for helping acquire a new product license to develop a line hunting bags and packs for the Browning company. I helped develop a line of over 20 bags and packs products in less than a years time.
