As the leading provider of outsourced administrative and transaction services for the private investment marketplace Assure looked to me to build a "functioning marketing team". That was the ask, and the outcome was a +10x growth in the number of impressions and leads.
+ Engaged senior leadership in the marketing strategy and planning process, crafting a comprehensive marketing effort that delivered on weekly KPIs for impressions, interactions and transactions.
+ Grew lead generation from a handful of referrals per month, to an average of 300 marketing qualified leads each week.
+ Developed, implemented and improved programs for SEO, partnerships, email, social media, education, PR, events and content resulting in:
• Over 8,000 downloads of What's Going on in Venture, an Assure Podcast
• Over 1 million opened marketing emails
• Over 50,000 views of thought-leadership articles on assure.co
• Over 5,000 downloads of Assure Analytics Reports, like the State of the SPV
• 1,000 average quarterly registrations for Assure Structured LIVE virtual conference
Youthlinc

The Youthlinc Service Year is a unique opportunity designed to engage high school and college-aged students in their local communities and communities abroad.
Humanitarians are accepted into the Service Year program in the fall and placed onto a team of students and mentors from across Utah.
Each team works together throughout the year, meeting monthly, to prepare education, community health, vocational, business, environmental, and cultural exchange projects for a two week international trip the following summer. Youthlinc currently takes teams to nine different countries.
Once placed on a team, students commit to completing local service in their own community to prepare for their team’s international trip. The Service Year allows students to build leadership and interpersonal skills, and provides them with the tools to make meaningful relationships and change both locally and abroad.

The global trade marketing efforts included all trade shows, events, sales collateral, presentations for internal/external audiences, and any special sales projects for key accounts. As Director of Creative Services I continued to manage and direct the design and execution of all brand materials in all marketing channels.
