-Research and identify current trends -Create 50 designs a week for multiple collections with special themes per collection -Self direct collections -Design printable for multiple lines; women’s & kids -Assist in fit meetings -Create seasonal decks -Communicate with buyers -Communicate with manufacturers about production files, product quality and development -Assist Creative Director with line planning -Develop new silhouettes for future seasons -Assist Creative Director in any tasks requested -Assist with sourcing and product development -Direct, post and create all social media marketing
