The Product Commercializer position is an action-oriented role focused on bringing new products to market. This position collaborates with CamelBak Product Teams and the Global Category Manager for Products to gather and finalize product deliverables and data needed to successfully commercialize and launch each new product. This position drives all commercialization actions and deliverables required for any product across all product lines with cross functional / cross departmental stakeholders. This includes the timely release of internal information, release of specifications to factories / points of distribution and ensuring the specifications yield high quality product.

Product Coordinator

Create and develop strategic site placements for all products, build relevant merchandise assortments in support of business priorities, and leverage sales. Manage marketplace and vendor e-commerce accounts such as Amazon, Overstock, & Wayfair. Maintain customer relationships and identify KPI by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales. Set products online, communicating with appropriate departments to gather product comps and assets. Ensures copy/messaging & images are optimized on key product pages. Keep track of daily new product arrivals and ensure proper placement on sites. Maintain and update site category banners, sites sales, CO-OP advertising. Provides guidance and coordinates merchandising changes for upcoming releases. Resolves all issues and errors logged under merchandising. Work closely with sourcing on costing matrix & margin modeling.

Merchandising Analyst

Manage development and execution of new products. Enter finalization of Item Set-up & Bill of Materials into ERP & PLM systems. Assist in quality assurance and beta testing. Competitive merchandising and marketing research. Business analysis of new and current products. Prototype and Marketing testing of products. Manage product line data – UPCs, SKUs, test results, law & care details. Day to day management of supplier delivery and material.	Provide insights with US Sales to China R&D / Operations. Attending market and event weeks to conduct new product introduction, sales, and customer relations. Work directly with customer’s buyers and product team such as Contour Products, HoMedics, Pacific Coast Feather. Support sales team in providing sampling and pricing analysis to customers such as Sam’s Club, Walmart, & Kohl’s. Monitor, track, and adjust purchase orders and sale invoices as needed.

Merchandiser

Manage third party market places sales and operations (Amazon & eBay). Monitor and maintain inventory levels of Fulfilled by Amazon products. Shop for competitors' pricing, merchandising, and marketing. Create and implement business rules and database entries through Merchant Advantage & Channel Advisor. Assist in customer support with fulfilling or resolving issues with purchase orders / sales invoices. Assist buying team in replenishment and forecasting. Reconsolidating store receipts through batch summaries. Audit store receipts for internal / external fraud. Process and negotiate school and coaching purchase orders. Assist with physical inventory and stock level checks with Warehouse team.
