Dylan Stephan: Sales Lead

I have been helping with team coherency and accuracy by training every new hire. I am a member of the inventory team, and a banker developing systems to bank quicker and more accurately. I have used all tools at my disposal to best inspire, educate and outfit myself, my team, and the customers i interact with for a lifetime of outdoor adventure and stewardship following the Co-op Way. I am a significant part of the leadership team, and was so during the store's Store of the Year award winning year. I have also recently begun to take on a leadership role with the INSTi program and community outreach in my store and the Midatlantic.

I helped various restaurants across three cities develop menus and best practices for daily service, spending 3-6 months at each location, improving culinary value along with kitchen sanitation, organization and marketing. I managed a team of twelve baristas, bakers, and cooks while running Decatur Georgia's most popular breakfast/brunch cafe. Under my direction the team received Eater Atlanta's award for "Best Breakfast Sandwich." We butchered and cured our own meat in house and baked with a wood-fired oven.

I managed the Barbecue Pit and worked alone in the kitchen most of the time I was at White Tiger, while also leading catering gigs and running food to customers.

I was one of three people responsible for the operations of a historic theatre owned by the Clarke County government. I was responsible for the finance and marketing as well as the theatre rental schedule. We took in hundreds of thousands of dollars in rentals and played an integral role in the Athens, GA arts scene. I was responsible for a team of 20 people, and was the communication liaison for the non-profit working in tandem with my office.

I was the director of development for the Rose of Athens theatre. During my tenure, I was the primary grant writer and operations strategist for the organization. In addition to that, I was responsible for educational programming for children aged 6-18 and all of the marketing for the theatre’s productions.

During college, I worked as the Marketing department assistant at the Atlanta Hard rock. I coordinated rentals, developed rental systems, and created all of the graphic design for party signage. I was responsible for procuring clients ranging from $800-$75,000 in revenue. Revenue from rentals increased by $500,000 dollars in the year that I joined the team.
