As a Network Relations Representative, I am able to assist injured working with the finding of a medical provider that accepts their Workers' Compensation case.I gather and check medical providers licensure information and paperwork work for credentialing purposes. I verify providers contract rates and develop new contracts as well. I scan, fax and email any paperwork providers or injured workers need. I take inbound calls as well as I make outbound calls.

Monitor juvenile and adults clients that are on the house arrest bracelet. Sent monitoring reports to probation officers. Sign up new house arrest clients. Make sure all technicians have their jobs assigned to their phone. Make sure all jobs have been distributed to the correct technician based on the city in which technician is in. Have coverage in case another employee calls in. Run monthly reports on services and installs.
