Provided Level 2 hardware printing systems support to IBM service engineers. Worked in a synergistic relationship with product and development engineering and service planning to produce better products, more efficient and profitable service platforms, and achieve an excellent level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, was the hardware support product owner for thermal printing and associated RFID applications.

Planned and executed service activities on IBM products including installation, discontinuance, relocation, engineering changes, diagnosis, and repair. Performed technical activities using standard techniques, service aids, and resources. Represented IBM services to the customer and assumed accountability for customer service satisfaction. Territory comprised of IBM and OEM solutions.

Supervised drilling and monitoring operations in regards to piezometers, bore logging, and ground water monitoring wells. Performed analytical statistics on water quality, created subsurface maps, and wrote groundwater quality reports for submission to ADPC&E.

Performed highly detailed mechanical inspections and service on the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon jet fighter. Supervised lower ranking airmen during aircraft service procedures. Member of the Hazardous Chemical Emergency Response team.
