Assisted in the planning of large events, including an annual Gala which raised over $1 million. Scheduled studio sessions with students and managed email contact. Created and maintained quarterly email marketing.


Contacted publications, blogs, guest writers, affiliates, etc. to promote the brand and successfully had several articles written and published on the company and their products. Worked directly with the CEO to create upcoming marketing campaigns including Facebook ads, Yelp ads, and more to increase product sales. Content Manager

Merchandising Intern

Summer intern, working directly for the Communications Coordinator. Participated in projects such as contacting media resources, updating and managing several company social media accounts, keeping track of client information, managing email services and more.

Marketing Intern

As an intern at Beacon Pointe I worked directly with the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Using the contact database, I ran reports to create a monthly travel schedule for the office and kept track of client information. I organized institutional information packets for prospective clients and monitored the weekly referral numbers of the advisors. Another major project of mine involved working with Google Analytics with which I have become very familiar.


Assisted designers in pre-production clothing sizing, working directly with the designers and the clothing. As a member of their target age group, I was also able to provide insight and perspective into consumer interest. I started out specifically in T-shirts and fleece but eventually was able to move on to do some swimsuits and denim. Additionally, I helped designers in some clothing design concepts.
