Senior Supply Chain & Product Compliance Manager

Logistics, Shipping & Operations

•	Compose and analyze monthly financials to evaluate business performance and forecast accuracy. Present P&L details to executive leadership monthly to review KPI opportunities and accomplishments. 
•	Established and lead Bluprint’s first Product Compliance Counsel to ensure retail regulatory compliance. 
•	Chosen to be a member of Bluprint’s Project Management Organization where I partner with stakeholders across the business to implement best practices in planning and executing projects.
•	Analyze inventory levels to understand item level trends and performance. Provide the business with appropriate order recommendations to ensure revenue efficiency while mitigating investment risk. 
•	Improved tools and processes to more effectively understand trends in the business and make strategic recommendations on improving KPI performance.
•	Maintained consistent inventory accuracy, at 99.8% across 3 separate ERP and WMS systems as the process manager of inventory controls. Partnered closely with CFO and external audit partners for successful inventory audit financial close. 


•	Trained and developed a Supply Chain Associate to achieve independent business ownership.
•	Launched Bluprint’s first in-house fulfillment and distribution center under budget and within an 8-month timeline. Key contributions include: 
o	Sourcing an outbound parcel partner and negotiating a 22% reduction in annual postage spend.
o	Testing the WMS software platform for warehouse process and function capabilities.
o	Responsible for evaluating warehouse operations and creating lean process controls. 
•	Realize a 40% savings, 2.5M, in annual postage spend as well as a 2-day reduction in transit time to the customer by evaluating and integrating NBCU parcel partner.  
•	Project manager of Bluprint Premium, a new business strategy focused on quarterly eCommerce and content subscription. Responsible for strategy, financial modeling, and project deliverables. 
•	Partner with vendors and freight carriers to ensure on-time transit, customs compliance and document filing, order accuracy, and competitive shipping costs.


Supply Chain & Product Compliance Manager

•	Created a supplier manual and scorecard to evaluate overall supplier compliance and provide a reporting matrix during business reviews. 
•	Reduced packaging costs by 70K dollars annually through continuous packaging optimization. Enhanced overall customer experience and fulfillment center pack efficiency. 
•	Monitor the status of open purchase orders to facilitate on-time shipments. Review supplier order confirmations for accuracy in pricing, quantities, and timing.
•	Responsible for all vendor communications regarding shipping, packaging, and compliance.
•	Built strong cross-functional relationships with Craftsy’s 3PL partner to ensure accurate operations.


Supply Chain Associate

•	Completed the Leadership Development Program, a competitive nationwide program to gain proficiency in all aspects of global logistics freight forwarding operations.
•	Managed door-to-door freight logistics by ground, air, and ocean for global shipments including vendor management, import/export procedures, government filings, and invoicing entry for all shipments.
•	Account management for high profile customers, including Boeing, Dr. Martens, and Outerwall. 
•	Optimized vendor efficiency and cost management. Compiled specialized reports daily which showed all project progress, daily tracking, and milestone management. 
•	Project manager responsible for coordinating the white-glove removal, transportation, and warehousing of 340 Outerwall coffee kiosks over a 10-day period.
