Primarily working one-on-one with founders and c-suite executives as their 'partner for hire.' I fulfill everything they cannot whether I focus on creative or non-creative operations but with branding always at top of mind. Every scope will completely vary. Could be project managing, creative directing, recruiting / referrals, etc. I consult clients as well as other creative service providers on their operations. Transitioned to servicing more WEB3 based brands starting late 2021. Personal brand architecture is a hybrid of life-coaching with brand development, most beneficial to public figures such as musical artists, actors, influencers and contemporary company leaders. Notable project: Full brand architecture development for Punch Boxing in Paris which included interior design, merchandising and digital project management.

Operate with autonomy from President on all internal operations including all new branding and marketing strategy. Develop protocol to recruit and train volunteers. Key Project: create educational program for incarcerated youth at Rikers Island that merges Hip-Hop with personal development and considers long-term community rehabilitation. Wrote modular lesson-plans, teacher training and management, fundraising strategy and more.
