•As the first point of contact for visitors and students to the Dean’s office a professional and friendly demeanor was paramount. Possessing knowledge of all departments within the Richards College of Business as well as knowledge regarding notable locations throughout campus ensured all questions were addressed accurately and succinctly. •Conducted research using multiple databases including Galileo, ILLiad, ProQuest, Mergent online, as well as independent searches. Research topics including budgets, economic conditions, and data on other universities were collected and input into Excel spreadsheets to assist the Dean’s work. •Assisted the administrative manager in compiling, formatting, and organizing all documents and statistics requested by the Dean for the biannual Board of Advisors meetings using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. •Led a three man team tasked with the landscape maintenance of ten large industrial and apartment properties. Discussed and assigned daily responsibilities and expectations to employees each day at the morning meeting. •Oversaw the consummation of duties ensuring all landscaping was properly groomed, the property was free of trash, and the parking areas were clear of any debris. •Headed conflict resolution meetings between staff members as well as property owners when issues arose.
