Opened a shipping containers storage terminal and made it known by market on leading positions within 2 months. Made a know-how service by collecting all free truckers around in one hub and launched a fly service gaining tasks and re- sending them by one click message to all involved drivers.

Company specialized in logistics/transportation and trading. That was my personally launched business, where I was connecting my contacts and searching on global opportunities to realize upcoming projects in logistics and trading. Our main realized projects were: 1) a shipping containers buying/selling market through out CIS countries, where a large agents network was built. We covered almost all main cities on the territory of former USSR; 2) 2 years project of a block-train concept from S.Korea to Moscow/Russia for Hyundai Motors with the volume over 200x40'HC containers each month.

I and my partner opened a new IT company in South Korea, specializing on mobile applications development. I was responsible for finance, fundraising, business modeling, project ideas. Our main achievement was to launch a social application, where we got over 50K users within 2 months after launching.

The company specialized in freight forwarding, cargo multimodal transportation and acting as the 1st and one of the biggest rail operators on the territory of former USSR. The company was started in 1991 as a joint-venture between Ministry of Transport of Russia and US rail operator. Afterwards, was sold to AP Moller-Maersk. My responsibilities were: financial results, managing all offices across Russia and CIS, sales and commercial activities, marketing, negotiations, problems solving with key customers, projects development. Achievements: I realized few management solutions which allowed the company to grow from minus to profit, where the company staff became more happy to stay and work hard in the company; My team launched and supported projects for General Electric, Foxconn, Panasonic, Samsung, Azerbaijan government and others; I opened few more strategic offices in Russia and Kazakhstan.
