This role was a contract role for a single co-creation process. My daily duties were to coordinate the media (video, photos, and word docs) from each interview room. I would make sure camera set up and break downs were completed. The media had to be backed up to external hard drives and I had to trouble shoot any malfunctions with the equipment. During the interviews, I transcribed important comments made by the customers that may lead to insight. After the interviews, I assisted with validating any consumer insights learned during interviews. The data was used to identify ways to increase use of an application and the best reward system when used.

I was part of the concierge team but handle the support side of operations. I managaed inventory for all 5 homes in our area and ordering supplies. During delivery, I would do walk through and work with concierge to organize repairs and large scale appointments where guest can't be on site. On top of that I oversaw schedule car maintenance for the Cadillac's (two vehicles). Oil changes, repairs if damaged when rented, washing and filling gas. Monthly responsibilities were standard time cards, online expense reports, personal record keeping.
