Designs and sales of Smart, Bio-Metric, Technology based Entry custom made doors for Multi- million dollar home construction, upgrades and remodeling throughout United States. These smart doors with finger scanner recognition functions, based their designs and colors on the architecture and overall design of the new home or the remodels by using Coral Draw software.

Completes all office bookkeeping using Studio software. Management of client payments, all purchasing, and vendor invoices. Maintenance of office check book balance on daily basis. Generate a report of all expenses to the accountant for monthly taxes. Responsible for office upkeep, including rent, utility payments, supply purchases and all other accounts payable.

Perform all functions of interior design for commercial and residential projects including client development, design conceptualization, cost analysis, feasibility assessment, space planning, developing construction documents, acquiring materials and supplies, overseeing installations, and implementing design modifications. Maintain client designs, project scheduling, project billing, and vendor information using Studio Designer software and routine use of Auto CAD for developing floor, elevation, electrical lighting, reflected ceiling and section plans. Completed projects include medical offices, custom home construction, upgrades and remodeling for middle class and multi-million dollar residential properties throughout Southern California.
